Little man and his Papa

Well I couldn't wait any longer without talking about my sweet, sweet nephew Jackson. I can say that without a doubt I am crazy about him. Adam understands and loves him too. As a matter of fact Jackson and I both call Adam "baby" as a term of endearment, but I will have to
share that story on another post. Anyway, Jackson loves his Mimi (THAT's ME), but he especially loves his Papa (my dad). And when I say he loves dad, I mean Jackson is his shadow. I love these pictures of Dad and Jackson. I will just look out of the window and see them doing the silliest thing. You never know what dad will have him riding on or in. I don't want to neglect Gigi (my mom)in all of this little man discussion. Jackson has a special place in his heart for her too. What indescribable blessings to see how the Lord delights my parents hearts with this grandchild. Enjoy the pictures of Jackson with his Papa.

Baby it's cold outside

Growing up in South Mississippi I have truly learned that the weather is about as unpredictable as my health. The temperature can be 35 degrees in the morning and 75 degrees by lunch. I think all of Hattiesburg was shocked a few weeks ago to see the snowflakes falling. Well as usual I missed the actual falling part and just woke up in time to see the blanket of snow. When the roads were safe Adam came over and we walked outside into the bitter air ( I am pretty much a wimp in the really cold air, my nose gets really cold, really fast). We lasted long enough to take these pictures. So enjoy who knows when the 'burg will see the such a winter blanket again!!!

After many hours of blog stalking, as some might call it, I figured it was time to quit observing from the sidelines and be a doer of the blog and not just a reader.
